Job summary

Hourly, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to accelerate growth across SMBs nationwide. This hunter role focuses on new logo acquisition, outbound prospecting, and building a robust referral network with CPAs and brokers.

You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to payroll tech demos, close 8+ accounts per month, and collaborate with Success teams for 85%+ retention. The role is 100% remote with uncapped commission and a first-year OTE of $120,000.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of B2B field or territory sales experience in payroll, HCM, workers' comp, or insurance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven hunter mentality with a track record of exceeding new-logo quotas.
• Strong closing skills and ability to navigate short, high-volume sales cycles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to present fintech solutions simply.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and modern CRM tools (Salesforce, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Pipeline and territory management with outbound prospecting.
• Own full sales cycle from discovery to closing first payroll run.
• Close 8+ new accounts per month to meet targets.
• Develop referral networks with CPAs, insurance brokers, and banks.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and provide weekly forecasts.
• Collaborate with onboarding to ensure high retention.
