Hourly is a fast-growing fintech company delivering payroll and workers’ compensation solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across the United States. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will own your pipeline, drive outbound prospecting, and close new accounts to build long‑term residual income.

This true hunter role focuses on generating new business with a strong emphasis on outbound activity, referrals, and strategic partnerships, all from a fully remote setup in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of B2B field or territory sales experience
• Proven outbound prospecting and new‑logo hunting
• Comfort selling to SMB owners in construction, restaurant, and service industries
• Experience managing short sales cycles in high‑volume environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self‑starter mindset with territory planning and execution
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and modern CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate pipeline with outbound activity, referrals, events, and partner leads; maintain 3–4x pipeline coverage
• Close 4+ new SMB accounts per month
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to payroll run
• Build referral partnerships with CPAs, brokers, financial advisors, and banks
• Forecast accurately with CRM hygiene and deal‑stage accuracy
• Collaborate with Customer Success for onboarding and early retention
• Provide market feedback to inform product, messaging, and GTM strategy
