Job summary

ClearCaptions in Charleston, WV, is hiring for a Territory Training & Sales Manager. This remote, in-field role focuses on installing and training customers in their homes, generating referrals, and developing relationships with retirement communities and hearing professionals.

The position offers a base salary of $45,000 with uncapped upside totaling $75,000–$80,000 annually, plus benefits such as a monthly auto allowance, company phone and iPad, internet, WFH reimbursement, 401(k) match, and

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience and ability to sell to businesses and consumers.
• Experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal automobile.
• Ability to travel extensively by car and by air as needed.
• Proficient computer skills and internet use.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Excellent people skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling customer information.
• Ability to work with teams and use modern collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Install ClearCaptions equipment in customers' homes and provide training.
• Educate customers on using the phone and its features.
• Build relationships with retirement communities and local groups.
• Create and participate in senior events to educate customers.
• Engage hearing professionals about our caption services and options.
• Maintain inventory to service customers and generate referrals.
• Develop lead-generation activities and track progress.
• Record territory activities and customer information in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve targets and deliver high-quality service.
