Job summary

ClearCaptions, LLC. seeks a Territory Training & Sales Manager to install and train customers in their homes, focusing on leads and community relationships. This is a remote role reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, requiring travel within the region and strong senior-focused service.

You will educate customers on device features, generate referrals, attend senior events, and maintain Salesforce records. Base salary $45k with uncapped upside to $75k–$80k plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outside sales experience in B2B or B2C preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively within the region and by air occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Install the ClearCaptions Phone and train customers in using features.
• Educate customers on operating the phone and services.
• Establish relationships with retirement communities and groups in your market.
• Attend and educate consumers at Senior Events and other events.
• Develop referrals and educate Hearing Professionals about our services.
• Maintain inventory and service customer needs.
• Generate leads and referrals through community activities.
• Adapt to new responsibilities and opportunities as needed.
• Maintain Salesforce and other territory records.
• Represent ClearCaptions at local senior citizen events and trade shows.
