Job summary

Hästens is seeking an Outside Sales Executive to expand its presence across the US by identifying new business opportunities, building retail partnerships, and driving sales growth. You will own your territory with a high-performance hunter mindset and a proactive approach to creating opportunities where others see obstacles.

The role requires frequent travel, field meetings with retailers and C-suite stakeholders, and a commitment to delivering results in a fast-paced luxury brand environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of ranking in the top 10% of your sales force over a 12-month period.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout your territory (approximately four days per week).
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• A valid U.S. Driver's License (Class D/C).

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close high-value accounts independently.
• Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
• Master your territory by spending time in the field and meeting prospects face-to-face.
• Take full ownership of your pipeline and consistently drive new business growth.
