Job summary

Hästens is seeking an Outside Sales Executive to expand its US presence by identifying new business opportunities, building retail partnerships, and driving growth. You will own the territory, build your pipeline, and travel to meet prospective partners across the country.

This hunter role rewards resilience, high performance, and a strong commercial drive, with uncapped commissions and autonomy in a luxury brand environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, outside sales, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of ranking within the top 10% of your sales force over 12 months.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout your territory (approx. four days per week).
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• A valid U.S. Driver's License (Class D/C).

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close high-value accounts independently.
• Own the full sales cycle – prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
• Master your territory by spending time in the field and meeting prospects face-to-face.
• Take full ownership of your pipeline and drive new business growth.
