Job summary

Hästens is seeking an Outside Sales Executive to expand its presence across the US by identifying new business opportunities and building strong retail partnerships. You will own the full sales cycle, travel across your territory, and drive growth while representing a prestigious luxury brand.

This role rewards high-performers with uncapped commissions and autonomy to manage your own territory. You willPartner with retailers, navigate complex objections, and report results from active fieldwork

Qualifications

• Proven track record in outside sales or business development.
• Willingness to travel approx. four days per week.
• Experience ranking in the top 10% of a sales force over 12 months.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close high-value accounts independently.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Master your territory by spending time in the field and meeting prospects.
• Take full ownership of your pipeline and drive new business growth.
