Job summary

Hästens is seeking an Outside Sales Executive to expand our U.S. presence by identifying new business opportunities, building strong retail partnerships, and driving sales growth. This hunter role rewards top performance with autonomy and a fully remote setup.

You will travel across your territory (approximately four days per week) to meet prospects and expand Hästens' retail network. Success requires resilience, a strong commercial drive, and the ability to deliver consistent results.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, outside sales, or a similar sales role.
• Proven track record of ranking within the top 10% of your previous sales force over 12 months.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout your territory (approximately four days per week).

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close high-value accounts independently.
• Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
• Master your territory by spending time in the field and meeting prospects face-to-face.
• Take full ownership of your pipeline and consistently drive new business growth.
