Job summary

Hästens is seeking an Outside Sales Executive to expand our US presence by identifying new business opportunities and building strong retail partnerships. This high-performance hunter role demands delivering results, owning your territory, and growing a luxury brand across the United States.

You will travel approximately four days per week to meet prospects, develop partnerships, and expand Hästens' retail network, reporting to senior management and driving consistent sales growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, outside sales, or a similar sales role.
• Proven track record of ranking within the top 10% of your previous sales force over 12 months.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout your territory (~4 days/week).
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License (Class D/C).

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close high-value accounts independently.
• Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
• Master your territory by spending time in the field and meeting prospects face-to-face.
• Take full ownership of your pipeline and consistently drive new business growth.
