Job summary

Hästens is seeking an Outside Sales Executive to expand our US presence by identifying new business opportunities, building strong retail partnerships, and driving sales growth. This hunter role requires thriving on winning new business, owning your territory, and delivering exceptional results.

You will travel roughly four days per week to meet prospective partners, expand Hästens' retail network, and close high-value deals.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, outside sales, or a similar sales role.
• Proven track record of ranking within the top 10% of your previous sales force over a 12-month period.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout your territory (approximately four days per week).
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• A valid U.S. Driver's License (Class D/C).

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close high-value accounts independently.
• Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
• Master your territory by spending time in the field and meeting prospects face-to-face.
• Take full ownership of your pipeline and consistently drive new business growth.
