- Seven years of progressive underwriting and sales experience in commercial middle market.
- Experience in Human Services and Nonprofit sectors is valued.
- Strong ability to develop and manage agency partnerships and sales plans.
Responsibilities
- Market, manage and underwrite commercial business with select agencies or brokers.
- Drive profit and premium to meet financial goals through sales plans.
- Lead agencies by creating sales strategies and sales processes.
- Research risks and win new accounts with underwriting and pricing decisions.
- Ensure proper customer service and agency performance reviews.
