Nationwide is seeking a Territory Manager, Specialty Care Business Development for a remote role focused on Commercial Lines Middle Market within Human Services and Nonprofit sectors. You’ll travel up to 25 agency visits annually across the Eastern Time Zone and bring underwriting expertise to complex accounts.

Qualifications

• Human Services and Nonprofit industry experience is required.
• Strong business development skills with a production & agency management orientation.
• At least five years handling Human Services/Nonprofit accounts and underwriting Casualty lines (General Liability, Professional Liability, Abuse & Molestation).

Responsibilities

• Market, manage and underwrite commercial business with select agencies or brokers.
• Drive profit and premium to meet financial goals through sales plans and agency strategies.
• Quote, price and underwrite policies; monitor risk selection and pricing decisions across agencies.
