Job summary

Allegion, including Stanley Access Technologies, is seeking a Territory Manager for the Birmingham, AL area. The role focuses on developing client accounts, managing projects, and coordinating with service teams.

The flexible remote arrangement allows occasional on-site visits to support projects while maintaining strong client relationships. Qualified candidates will have 6+ years in sales or project management, excellent communication, and a demonstrated ability to build relationships with key

Qualifications

• High school Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• 6+ years sales, project management or similar experience.
• Excellent collaboration and rapport-building skills are required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written).
• Strong work ethic is a must.
• Candidate must live in market.

Responsibilities

• Meets regularly with assigned client accounts, by phone or in person.
• Ensures clients are satisfied with products and services and resolves escalated issues.
• Evaluates client needs and proposes solutions.
• Acts as single point of contact for clients and coordinates work of client service teams.
• Identifies cross-selling or upselling opportunities and communicates them to the team.
• Pre-sell products to architects through planning stage documents.
• Call on Architects & Specification Writers to educate them on our product.
• Maintain knowledge of current ANSI standards and AAADM certification requirements.
