Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Territory Manager in Richmond, VA to develop relationships with accounts and manage projects from lead to close. The role offers a flexible remote work arrangement with occasional on-site visits.

You will work with architects, property managers, and contractors to provide quotations, coordinate installations, and ensure strong post-sale satisfaction. Qualified candidates have 6+ years in sales or project management, excellent communication and relationship skills, and

Qualifications

• 6+ years sales, project management or similar experience.
• Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written).
• Candidate must live in market.

Responsibilities

• Meets regularly with assigned client accounts, by phone or in person.
• Ensures client satisfaction with products and services and resolves escalated issues.
• Evaluates client needs and proposes solutions.
• Serves as single point of contact and coordinates client service teams; identifies upselling opportunities.
• May provide client training or basic support.
• Develops relationships with key decision makers for procurement opportunities.
• Reviews plans/specs to formulate competitive quotations with target margins.
• Works with Salesforce for quotes and CRM management.
• Schedules equipment delivery and installation with branch personnel.
• Collaborates with credit department to secure terms and timely payment.
• Maintains customer satisfaction post-sale; engages in weekly reporting.
