Job summary

Stanley Access Technologies, part of Allegion, is seeking a Territory Manager for the Richmond, VA area. The role focuses on developing relationships with accounts, managing projects, and coordinating with field teams to ensure successful quotes, installation, and ongoing customer satisfaction.

The position supports a flexible remote work arrangement with occasional on-site visits as needed, and requires strong collaboration, market presence, and the ability to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6+ years in sales, project management or similar.
• Excellent collaboration and relationship rapport building skills; candidate must live in market.

Responsibilities

• Meet regularly with client accounts by phone or in person.
• Coordinate client service teams and provide training or basic support.
• Develop relationships with property managers, hospitals, contractors and owners.
• Review plans to formulate competitive quotations and meet revenue targets.
• Work in Salesforce to generate quotes and manage customer base.
• Schedule equipment delivery and installation with branch staff.
• Stay involved with customer satisfaction issues after the sale and installation.
• Prepare weekly reports and participate in weekly digital calls.
• Pre-sell products to architects through planning stage documents.
