Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Territory Manager for the Birmingham, AL area. The role focuses on developing relationships with accounts and managing projects, with a flexible remote schedule and occasional on-site visits as needed.

The candidate will collaborate with architects, spec writers, and contractors to promote Allegion's product lines across relevant verticals. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in sales or project management, excellent communication, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or project management in B2B environments.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with client-facing audiences.
• Proven capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Meet with assigned client accounts regularly by phone or in person.
• Develop relationships with property managers, contractors, and other decision makers.
• Prepare competitive quotations based on plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with branch personnel for equipment delivery and installation.
• Support the credit process to ensure timely payments after project completion.
