Job summary

SCIEX, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Territory Manager, Aftermarket Sales to sell aftermarket products within designated accounts across the U.S. You will drive revenue by expanding customer relationships, cross-selling services, software, training, consumables, and chemistries while working remotely from home.

You will develop territory plans, identify decision-makers, present the aftermarket portfolio, and collaborate with field sales, service, marketing, and channels to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years of successful direct sales or customer-facing experience with a proven track record of selling products, services, or solutions within the life sciences, analytical instrumentation, diagnostics, or related technical industries.
• Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans that build pipeline, expand customer relationships, and achieve aftermarket revenue and order targets.
• Prospect for new business and identify customer needs, decision-makers, and influencers across designated accounts and market segments.
• Present the value of the SCIEX aftermarket portfolio and recommend service, software, training, consumables, and chemistry solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Use sales processes, market knowledge, competitive information, and available data to assess opportunities, address sales challenges, and maintain accurate opportunity and forecast information.
• Partner with field sales, field service, marketing, distribution channels, and other internal teams to coordinate account strategies, promote campaigns, and support customer success.
