Job summary

SCIEX, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Territory Manager, Aftermarket Sales to drive revenue and orders within an assigned US territory, including San Diego, AZ, NM and adjacent areas. The role is fully remote in the United States and reports to the Senior Manager, Service Sales West.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years of successful direct sales or customer-facing experience in life sciences or related technical industries.
• Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required vendor credentials and meet customer site access requirements.
• Must live within assigned territory with ability to travel within territory and work remotely from home office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans that build pipeline and achieve aftermarket revenue and order targets.
• Prospect for new business and identify customer needs, decision-makers, and influencers across designated accounts.
• Present the value of the SCIEX aftermarket portfolio and recommend service, software, training, consumables, and chemistry solutions.
• Use sales processes, market knowledge, and data to assess opportunities and maintain accurate forecasts.
• Coordinate account strategies with field sales, field service, marketing, and distribution channels.
