Job summary

SCIEX, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Territory Manager, Aftermarket Sales to sell aftermarket products and services across designated accounts in the United States. This fully remote role reports to the Senior Manager, Service Sales West and supports San Diego, Arizona, and New Mexico territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years of direct sales or customer-facing experience in life sciences or related industry.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to obtain vendor credentials and meet customer site access requirements.
• Must reside within the assigned territory and be able to travel within territory and work remotely from home.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans to build pipeline and achieve aftermarket revenue targets.
• Prospect for new business and identify customer needs, decision-makers, and influencers across designated accounts and market segments.
• Present SCIEX aftermarket portfolio and recommend service, software, training, consumables, and chemistry solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Use sales processes, market knowledge, competitive information, and available data to assess opportunities, address sales challenges, and maintain accurate opportunity and forecast information.
• Partner with field sales, field service, marketing, distribution channels, and other internal teams to coordinate account strategies, promote campaigns, and support customer success.
• Travel up to 30% within territory and occasional overnight travel as needed.
