Job summary

iRhythm Technologies, Inc. seeks a high-performing Territory Manager to accelerate growth across US health systems. You will acquire new business, expand iRhythm’s footprint, and capture market share for the Zio platform among cardiologists, EPs, and other clinicians.

You’ll manage the full sales cycle, forecast territory performance in Salesforce, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience while traveling ~4.5 days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in medical device or healthcare technology sales.
• Experience with cardiology/EP markets is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory growth plans to penetrate hospitals, IDNs, and private practices.
• Lead full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close and onboarding.
• Deliver data-driven presentations of clinical and economic value.
• Build and sustain relationships with physicians, KOLs, and executives.
• Forecast and manage accounts in Salesforce and coordinate cross-functional teams.
