Job summary

iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a high-performing field-based Territory Manager for the Raleigh - West, North Carolina territory to accelerate growth by acquiring new business and expanding iRhythm's footprint with cardiology and EP stakeholders.

The role focuses on driving Zio platform adoption, leading full sales cycles, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience; willingness to travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales experience, including medical device or healthcare technology.
• Minimum 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology sales.
• Experience in cardiology/EP or IDNs preferred.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with EPs, cardiologists, and admins in hospitals, IDNs, and private practices.
• Develop and execute a territory growth plan emphasizing market penetration and adoption.
• Lead full sales cycle from lead gen to contract close and onboarding.
• Build and maintain robust pipeline using Salesforce for forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
