Job summary

iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a high-performing field-based Territory Manager to accelerate growth by acquiring new business and expanding our footprint across health systems. You’ll focus on driving Zio adoption among cardiologists, EPs, and other clinical stakeholders in a defined US territory.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of medical device or healthcare technology sales, strong strategic acumen, and a track record of market expansion. Travel is required (~4.5 days/week).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of sales experience, incl. 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology.
• Experience in cardiology/EP and IDNs preferred.
• Proven ability to develop strategic sales plans and manage territories.
• Willingness to travel ~4.5 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities with EPs, cardiologists, and admins.
• Develop territory growth plan for market penetration and adoption.
• Lead full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close and onboarding.
• Collaborate with KAMs, CX, Payer Relations, Billing, and Marketing.
