A high-performing Territory Manager is sought to accelerate growth by acquiring new business, expanding across health systems, and capturing market share within a defined geographic region. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales success in medical devices or healthcare tech, strong strategic thinking, and a proven ability to navigate complex healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience, with minimum 3 years in medical device or healthcare tech sales.
• Experience in cardiology/EP or IDNs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with EPs, cardiologists, and healthcare admins in hospitals, IDNs, and private practices.
• Develop and execute a territory growth plan focused on market penetration and product adoption.
• Lead full sales cycle from lead gen to contract close and onboarding.
• Deliver data-driven sales presentations communicating clinical and economic value of the Zio platform.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders and executive stakeholders for long-term advocacy.
• Maintain robust pipeline and forecast using Salesforce; manage accounts’ training and utilization growth.
