Job summary

iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a high-performing Territory Manager to accelerate growth by acquiring new business and expanding the company’s footprint across the US. The role targets cardiologists, EPs, and strategic stakeholders to drive adoption of the Zio platform.

You will lead the full sales cycle, build strategic plans, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Strong healthcare sales background and travel readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; education may be substituted with experience.
• 5+ years of sales, with at least 3 years in medical device or healthcare tech.
• Experience in cardiology and IDNs is highly preferred.
• Proven success launching new territories and capturing market share.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans in complex settings.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within EPs, cardiologists, and hospital networks.
• Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to contract close and onboarding.
• Develop territory growth plans emphasizing product adoption and value.
• Deliver data-driven presentations communicating clinical and economic value.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline, forecasting, and reporting; collaborate cross-functionally.
