iRhythm Technologies is a leading digital health company seeking a Territory Manager for the South Bay, CA region to accelerate growth and expand adoption of the Zio platform among cardiologists, EPs, and hospital networks.

The role emphasizes strategic selling, account management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Remote-US field role with significant travel, focusing on driving market share in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in medical device or healthcare technology.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and IDNs is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans in complex settings.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• New business development and market expansion within defined territories.
• Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to contract close and onboarding.
• Deliver data-driven sales presentations communicating clinical and economic value of the Zio platform.
• Build and deepen relationships with KOLs, physicians, and executives to foster advocacy.
• Maintain a robust Salesforce.com pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with KAMs, CX, FSRs, Payer Relations, Billing, Customer Success and Marketing.
