Job summary

iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a field-based Territory Manager to accelerate growth by acquiring new business and expanding iRhythm’s footprint within hospitals and IDNs across a defined geography.

You will drive the adoption of the Zio platform among cardiologists, EPs, and other clinical stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in medical device sales, is strategic, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience, with 3+ in medical device or healthcare tech.
• Experience with cardiology/EP and IDNs is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop strategic sales plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead full sales cycle from lead gen to close and onboarding.
• Develop territory growth plan emphasizing penetration and product adoption.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with Salesforce.com.
• Cultivate relationships with KOLs, physicians, and executives.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
