Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics is seeking a Territory Manager to launch and grow our first commercial product in the US market from Reno. You will educate healthcare providers on the product, build trusted relationships, and drive adoption to meet territory sales goals.

This role requires strong selling skills, strategic planning, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced biotech environment. Expect up to 60% travel and a remote work setup within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on Mineralys’ product and build trusted relationships.
• Drive product adoption and achieve territory sales goals.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan.
• Maintain territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support launch initiatives.
