Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager in the United States to educate healthcare providers about our first commercial product, build trusted relationships, and drive adoption across assigned territories.

The role demands strong selling skills, strategic planning, and a passion for improving outcomes for patients with uncontrolled hypertension. The position is fully remote, with travel up to 60% within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred; other sales backgrounds considered.
• Specialty sales experience in cardiometabolic areas preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and building relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex data.
• Excellent territory planning, organizational and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Territory management and business execution to meet sales objectives.
• Develop territory plans aligned with brand strategy and launch priorities.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among HCPs.
• Analyze territory trends and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and address questions confidently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customers.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
