Mineralys is a fully remote biopharmaceutical company focused on hypertension and related comorbidities. We are seeking a Territory Manager to educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, and drive product adoption across an assigned US territory.

This role requires strong selling skills, execution, and a passion for improving outcomes for patients with uncontrolled hypertension. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced biotech environment, have a proven sales track record,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred, with other relevant sales experience considered.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and building customer relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex information.
• Excellent territory planning, organizational and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced launch environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of disease state, data, and guidelines.
• Build and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and launch priorities.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
• Deliver against sales goals, call activity, and launch milestones.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Execute strategic call plans and translate data into customer-focused actions.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare providers, staff and decision-makers.
• Communicate clinical data, product value, access information and patient identification clearly.
• Provide engaging product presentations and address customer questions credibly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support customer needs and territory objectives.
