Job summary

Mineralys, a fully remote biopharmaceutical company, seeks a Territory Manager to drive launch and growth of its first commercial product in the United States. You will educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, and achieve territory sales goals across assigned regions.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of pharma/biotech sales experience, strong clinical acumen, and proven ability to plan and execute effectively in a fast-paced launch environment. Travel up to 60% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of disease state and clinical data.
• Build and execute territory business plans aligned with brand strategy and launch priorities.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
• Deliver against sales goals and maintain territory reporting in CRM.
