Job summary

phData, Inc is hiring a Territory Director to drive sales across Data Engineering, Managed Services, Machine Learning, and Analytics. This remote-first role targets the Northeast US region with a focus on building strategic partnerships and closing high-value deals.

You will own the territory’s growth, manage key accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer success. Ideal candidates bring 5–15 years in consulting sales or delivery, a deep understanding of the data

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in technology services or consulting.
• Experience co-selling with technology partners (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills; ability to craft proposals and SOWs.
• Proven track record closing $250K+ deals and building multi-million dollar customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Exceed quarterly/annual sales targets across practice areas (Data, ML, Analytics).
• Co-Sell with Anthropic, Snowflake, AWS and other partners to win enterprise engagements.
• Lead generation through multi-channel activities to expand market share.
• Collaborate with Managing Directors, Solutions Engineering, Marketing to scope and present solutions.
• Take accountability for phData brand in territory and manage accounts end-to-end.
• Navigate complex organizations to identify stakeholders and budget owners.
• Forecast accurately, update deals, and manage the sales pipeline.
• Complete training for continuous improvement and new company initiatives.
