Job summary

phData, a remote-first data and AI consultancy, is seeking a Territory Director focused on the Northeast US. This leadership role builds and maintains strategic partner relationships, drives new customer acquisition, and manages overall account success within the region.

You will collaborate with Managing Directors, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing to craft and present transformative data and AI solutions to enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in technology services or consulting.
• Proven ability to source, negotiate and close $250K+ deals.
• Experience co-selling with technology partners (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, etc.).
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills; capable of senior-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Exceed quarterly/annual sales targets across Data Engineering, Managed Services, ML and Analytics.
• Co-sell with Snowflake, AWS, Anthropic and other partners to win enterprise deals.
• Drive lead generation activities (cold calls, email, social, events) to grow market share in your region.
• Partner with MDs, SEs and Marketing to scope and present solutions to prospects and clients.
• Maintain ownership of the phData brand in your territory and accounts; manage deals and forecasts.
• Navigate complex org structures to identify stakeholders, champions and budget owners.
• Forecast accurately, update deals, and manage the sales pipeline.
• Complete onboarding and training for new company initiatives.
