phData is a remote-first data and AI consultancy seeking a Territory Director to scale our business in the Northeast US. Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, source new customers, and manage overall relationships at buying accounts within your region.

The role requires 5–15 years in consulting sales or a hands-on technical role, proven ability to close $250K+ deals, and ability to travel up to 50%. Remote-first with regional focus and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years B2B sales or related consulting role.
• Enterprise client experience preferred.
• Proven ability to close $250K+ deals.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Exceed quarterly/annual sales targets in Data Engineering, Managed Services, Machine Learning and Analytics.
• Co-Sell with Anthropic, Snowflake, AWS and other ecosystem partners to sell data and AI services.
• Drive and execute lead generation activities across regions.
• Partner with Managing Directors, Solutions Engineering, Marketing to scope and present solutions.
• Take accountability for phData brand in territory including sales, delivery and customer success.
• Navigate complex org structures to identify stakeholders and budget owners.
• Accurately forecast, update deals, and manage sales pipeline.
• Complete and embrace training for continuous improvement.
