Job summary

phData, a remote-first data and AI consultancy, is seeking a Territory Director to scale our regional sales and partner ecosystem in the US Northeast. You will own strategic accounts, drive multi-cloud data/AI initiatives, and lead cross-functional teams to win complex enterprise deals.

We value ownership, high performance, and collaboration. Expect extensive partner engagement, annual targets, and frequent travel as you accelerate growth across data engineering, ML, and analytics services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in technology services or consulting.
• Experience co-selling with Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Anthropic or similar partners is a plus.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills; ability to craft proposals and SOWs.

Responsibilities

• Exceed quarterly/annual sales targets across data/AI offerings.
• Co-sell with ecosystem partners to win enterprise deals.
• Drive lead generation and regional market expansion.
• Collaborate with MDs, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing to scope and present solutions.
• Forecast, manage deals, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
