Job summary

phData is a remote-first data and AI consultancy hiring a Territory Director to lead strategic partner relationships, drive new customer acquisition, and manage end-to-end sales in the Northeast United States.

You will team with Managing Directors, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing to craft solutions, forecast pipelines, and close multi-hundred-thousand deals while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in technology services.
• Experience co-selling with technology partners (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, AWS).
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to craft proposals, SOWs, negotiate contracts, deliverables and pricing.
• Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating and closing $250K+ deals.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Exceed quarterly/annual sales targets in Data Engineering, Managed Services, ML, and Analytics.
• Co-Sell with Anthropic, Snowflake, AWS and other ecosystem partners.
• Drive and execute lead generation activities to grow market share.
• Collaborate with Managing Directors, Solutions Engineering, Marketing to scope solutions.
• Take accountability for phData brand in territory and accounts.
• Identify stakeholders and budget owners across lines of business.
• Forecast deals and manage sales pipeline.
• Complete training for continuous improvement.
