Job summary

phData, a remote-first data and AI consultancy, seeks a Territory Director focused on expanding our Northeast US market. You will own strategic relationships with key partners and executives, drive multi-faceted sales initiatives, and lead a high-growth sales team to exceed targets across Data Engineering, ML, and Analytics.

You will collaborate with partners like Snowflake and AWS, navigate complex procurement processes, and build sustainable pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in technology services or consulting.
• Experience co-selling with technology partners (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Strong presentation and proposal development skills.
• Proven ability to source, negotiate and close multi-hundred-thousand to multi-million dollar deals.

Responsibilities

• Exceed quarterly/annual sales targets across practice areas (Data Engineering, Managed Services, ML, Analytics).
• Co-sell with ecosystem partners to win enterprise engagements.
• Drive lead generation via calls, email, social, events.
• Collaborate with Managing Directors, Solutions Engineering, Marketing to scope solutions.
• Forecast and manage sales pipeline with accuracy.
• Navigate complex buying organzations and identify key stakeholders.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.
