Job summary

EOLA Power is seeking an Account Executive to grow in a remote role, covering a defined territory across the United States. You will learn to scope UPS replacements, battery upgrades, bypass systems, repairs, and PM programs while building strong client relationships.

You will conduct site visits, create proposals, and collaborate with Inside Sales, Contracting, Engineering, and Field Service teams to drive revenue. A strong emphasis on CRM discipline and frontline engagement accelerates growth.

Qualifications

• No UPS experience required but willingness to learn in a fast‑growing industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Interest in electrical, mechanical, batteries, and generators is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn scope UPS replacements, battery upgrades, bypass systems, repairs, and PM programs.
• Conduct site visits, build proposals, and manage your pipeline.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Contracting, Engineering, and Field Service teams.
• Build long-term relationships across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up, organization, and CRM accuracy.
