Job summary

ABB is seeking a Tender Quotation Specialist in the United States to support the Electrification Services division. You will partner with BD Sales Managers and technical teams to price services and equipment, develop work scopes, and create timely, customer-ready proposals.

Travel as needed to support opportunities and ensure alignment with ABB standards. The role focuses on managing the full opportunity lifecycle, from screening and development to approvals and pricing, while adhering to

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
5+ years of experience in Sales, Commercial Operations, Engineering or Field Service.
Ability and willingness to travel as required.
Experience with industrial power delivery and/or power distribution systems (preferred).
Experience with government funded projects that include prevailing wages requirements (preferred).

Responsibilities

Oversee cost and price for services and equipment to develop work scopes and prepare professional proposals.
Analyze customer requirements and develop deal strategies with the Region sales team.
Manage opportunity and proposal screening, development, approvals and pricing in Salesforce.com.
Coordinate inputs for bid, estimate and quotation editing with stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with terms, conditions and government contracting requirements.
