Job summary

ABB is seeking a seasoned Tender Quotation Specialist to lead bids and proposals for the North America Electrification Services division. You will coordinate across the business and technical teams to develop costed service and equipment options, ensuring alignment with ABB standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; HS diploma acceptable with experience.
• 10+ years in a similar industry and willingness to travel.
• Experience with industrial power delivery or power distribution systems.
• Technical experience with commercial/industrial customers and processes.
• Familiarity with government-funded projects and prevailing wages.
• Ability to interface with internal and external customers.
• Must have work authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Estimations, bids, and proposals aligned with ABB standards.
• Collaborate with BD Sales Managers and technical teams for pricing.
• Manage opportunity and proposal lifecycle in Salesforce.
• Balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Communicate cycle times and milestones with customers, reps, and distributors.
• Understand terms, conditions, and cost/risk implications.
• Ensure compliance with government contracting requirements.
