ABB is seeking a Sales Support professional to develop complex proposals for the Commercial Contractor market in the United States. You will analyze RFPs, configure products, and guide proposal strategy to balance competitiveness with profitability in a remote setting.

The role reports to the Sales Support Manager and emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product management, and field sales to ensure executable, high-quality orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field strongly preferred.
• Strong technical expertise in electrical distribution systems and ABB products.
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical distribution or related sales/quotations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional leadership.
• Proficient with digital tools for remote work (Outlook, Salesforce, Teams).
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsabilités

• Create clean, competitive, compliant proposals for Commercial Contractor projects.
• Collaborate with factory proposal teams, engineers, product managers and sales reps.
• Lead Project Strategy and Risk meetings to align priorities and drive profitability.
• Pursue training and mentorship to ensure executable and profitable awarded projects.
