Job summary

Ten4 is seeking a Technology Sourcing Specialist to own quoting and sourcing for connectivity, voice, wireless, and tech services. This remote role collaborates with Sales, Account Management, and Order Management to assess customer needs, evaluate options, and deliver accurate quotes on time.

You will negotiate pricing with providers and ensure complete, technically sound requirements throughout the sourcing lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in telecom order management or related role.
• Understanding of telecom services and pricing.
• Strong problem-solving and communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Own quoting and sourcing for connectivity, voice, wireless, and telecom services through Ten4's provider network; collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Order Management to deliver accurate quotes on time.
• Confirm customer requirements are complete and technically sound; resolve gaps; own sourcing requests from intake to handoff and follow up with providers.
• Negotiate competitive rates and terms with providers; build relationships to improve pricing and options; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Compare pricing, terms, and alternatives to recommend best solutions; review quotes and contracts for accuracy; coordinate with Order Management for implementation.
