Job summary

Ten4 is seeking a Technology Sourcing Specialist to manage quoting and sourcing of connectivity, voice, wireless, and other tech services. You will collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Order Management to understand customer needs, evaluate options, negotiate pricing, and deliver accurate quotes on time.

You will own each sourcing request from intake to handoff, build strong relationships with carriers, and stay current on industry offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience preferred.
• 3+ years in telecom order management, technology quoting, or related role.
• Understanding of telecom services, pricing, contracts, and provider relationships preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to evaluate technical requirements and make recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Professional, proactive communication with customers, providers, and internal teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Confirm customer requirements are complete and technically sound, coordinating with Sales and customers.
• Own sourcing requests from intake to handoff and coordinate with providers to keep quotes on schedule.
• Negotiate competitive rates and terms with carriers and providers.
• Build relationships with carriers and providers to improve pricing and options.
• Review quotes, contracts, and documents for accurate pricing and terms.
• Coordinate with Order Management and other teams to ensure implementation readiness.
• Stay current on technology offerings and industry changes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to speed up sourcing.
