Job summary

Ten4 is a technology advisory company seeking a Technology Sourcing Specialist to own the quoting and sourcing process for connectivity, voice, wireless, and other technology services. You will collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Order Management to understand customer requirements, evaluate options, negotiate pricing, and deliver accurate quotes on time.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), 3+ years in telecom order management or technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in telecom order management, technology quoting, carrier sales, or related job.
• Understanding of telecom services, carrier pricing, contracts, and provider relationships preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to evaluate technical requirements of telecom products and services, compare solutions, and make recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own the quoting and sourcing process for connectivity, voice, wireless, and other technology services with Ten4's provider network.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Order Management to understand customer needs and deliver timely quotes.
• Negotiate competitive rates and terms with providers; build relationships to improve pricing and options.
• Review quotes and contracts for accuracy and ensure documentation is up-to-date in the portal.
