Ten4 is seeking a Technology Sourcing Specialist to manage quoting and sourcing for connectivity, voice, wireless, and other technology services. You will collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Order Management to understand needs, evaluate options, and deliver accurate quotes on time.

You will confirm requirements, resolve gaps, and negotiate competitive rates with providers, building strong partnerships to improve pricing and options, while ensuring quotes flow smoothly through the

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in telecom order management, technology quoting, carrier sales, or related job.
• Understanding of telecom services, carrier pricing, contracts, and provider relationships preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Professional, proactive and clear communication with customers, providers, and internal teams.

• Own the quoting and sourcing process for connectivity, voice, wireless, and other technology services.
• Confirm customer requirements are complete and technically sound; address gaps with Sales and Account Management.
• Negotiate rates and terms with providers; build relationships to improve pricing, responsiveness, and options.
• Review quotes, contracts, and pricing; coordinate with Order Management to ensure implementation readiness.
• Identify and implement internal process improvements to speed up sourcing and quoting.
