Job summary

Ten4 is seeking a Technology Sourcing Specialist to manage quotes for connectivity, voice, wireless, and other tech services. This remote role will work closely with Sales and Account Management to understand customer needs and deliver timely, accurate quotes from Ten4’s provider network.

You will verify requirements, resolve gaps, negotiate competitive rates, and coordinate with Order Management to ensure smooth implementation. Strong telecom background and excellent communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• This role owns quoting and sourcing for connectivity, voice, wireless and other tech services, coordinating with Sales, Account Management and Order Management to deliver quotes on time.
• Confirm customer requirements are complete and technically sound, resolving gaps with stakeholders to keep quotes moving.
• Negotiate rates and terms with carriers and providers to identify solutions and improve pricing and options.
• Review quotes, contracts and pricing for accuracy and ensure all details are documented for implementation.
