Job summary

Ten4 is seeking a Technology Sourcing Specialist to manage quoting and sourcing for connectivity, voice, wireless, and other technology services. This remote role partners with Sales, Account Management, and Order Management to deliver accurate quotes, assess requirements, and negotiate pricing with providers to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of telecom order management or quoting experience.
• Understanding of telecom services and pricing.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, providers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own quoting and sourcing for connectivity, voice, wireless, and other tech services with provider network.
• Confirm requirements are complete and technically sound, coordinating with Sales, Account Management, and customers.
• Negotiate rates and terms with carriers and providers to identify best solutions.
• Review pricing, contracts, and documents for accuracy and ensure proper records in the portal.
• Stay current on technology offerings and drive internal process improvements to speed up sourcing.
