Job summary

Ten4 is seeking a Technology Sourcing Specialist to manage quoting and sourcing for connectivity, voice, wireless, and other technology services. You will work with Sales, Account Management, and Order Management to understand needs, evaluate options, negotiate pricing, and deliver accurate quotes on time.

You will verify requirements, resolve gaps, and own each sourcing request from intake to handoff, coordinating with providers to keep quotes moving and timelines intact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in telecom order management or related fields.
• Experience with telecom pricing, contracts, and provider relationships.
• Ability to evaluate technical requirements and make recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own quoting and sourcing for connectivity, voice, wireless, and other technology services via Ten4's provider network.
• Confirm requirements are complete and technically sound; resolve gaps with teams to meet timelines.
• Negotiate competitive rates and terms with carriers and providers; build relationships to improve options.
• Review quotes, contracts, and pricing; coordinate with teams to ensure documentation and implementation readiness.
