Job summary

Ten4 is seeking a Technology Sourcing Specialist to own the quoting and sourcing process for connectivity, voice, wireless, and other technology services through Ten4’s provider network. You’ll work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Order Management to understand customer needs, evaluate options, and deliver accurate quotes on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in telecom order management, technology quoting, carrier sales, or related job.
• Understanding of telecom services, carrier pricing, contracts, and provider relationships preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own quoting and sourcing for connectivity, voice, wireless, and other tech services.
• Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, and Order Management to capture needs and deliver quotes timely.
• Negotiate competitive pricing and terms with providers to identify optimal solutions.
• Review quotes and contracts for accuracy and ensure proper documentation in the portal.
