Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a technical writer to research, write, edit, and proofread complex technical data for user-friendly documents such as manuals and online help. You will organize and deliver complete documentation packages drawn from project inputs, requirements, and design specs.

The role requires experience in desktop publishing and online documentation tools, plus strong editing and proofreading abilities.

Formación

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required.
Experience with desktop publishing, word processing, and online documentation software.
Experience with industry writing style, grammar, and sentence structure.
Experience with various software products.
Ability to grasp technical solutions and translate them for non-technical readers.
Medicaid experience preferred.
Technical writing experience preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Proofreading and editing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

Research, write, edit, and proofread technical data for manuals, procedures, and specs to communicate to non-technical clients.
Create, compile, and deliver system/software development documentation packages from project inputs and specifications.
Participate in quality reviews of artifacts and ensure clarity of documentation.
