Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Professional, Process Writer to develop, maintain, and enhance operational documentation. You will work with subject matter experts to translate complex requirements into clear, concise materials and support process standardization across projects.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, high attention to detail, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver quality documentation on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 3+ years in technical writing or process documentation.
• Experience creating SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
• Ability to simplify complex information in writing.
• Knowledge of documentation standards and content management.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Yellow Belt preferred or willingness to pursue.
• Experience with process mapping and workflow documentation tools preferred.

Responsabilités

• Create, edit, review, and maintain business process documentation, SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to document processes, systems, products, and services.
• Translate complex information into clear, concise documentation.
• Assist with process discovery through stakeholder interviews and working sessions.
• Ensure documentation complies with standards, templates, policies, and quality requirements.
• Review existing documentation and recommend updates for accuracy and usability.
• Develop process flowcharts, diagrams, and supporting artifacts.
• Maintain document repositories with proper version control.
• Support process standardization and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver documentation on schedule.
